Your information.
Your choice.

What you share

When you join the updates list, we save your email, your first name if provided, your selected interests, and a record of your consent and signup time. The form is intended for adults; parents and guardians can sign up for information about youth programs.

How it is used

The Crows project organizers use this information to send project updates and information relevant to your interests. Selecting business partnerships or community programs also lets us know you are interested in those opportunities. Your information is not displayed publicly or sold.

Where it is kept

Signup information is held in the website’s hosted database and is accessible to authorized project organizers and service providers needed to operate the website and deliver updates. Temporary anti-abuse identifiers help limit automated submissions. This site does not use advertising trackers.

Leaving the list

You can remove your signup using the private unsubscribe link displayed after your first signup. Save that link somewhere private. Future email updates will also include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing through this website deletes the associated signup record from its active database.

About the project

The Crystal Lake Crows and ballpark are in development. Joining the list is free, does not reserve tickets and does not represent a donation or investment.
